City Ventures is a real estate developer focused on repositioning underutilized real estate into residential and mixed-use housing in supply constrained coastal urban infill areas. We target cities in California with favorable demographics and limited land available for new housing. City Ventures then works closely with local housing and governmental agencies to entitle and develop these sites into desirable new communities. City Ventures owns or controls approximately 10,000 lots across California. We currently have 22 projects under construction in 14 California cities, in addition to future projects in 20+ cities across the San Francisco Bay Area.
