The Natchez Group

Nashville, TN based The Natchez Group (“Natchez” or “TNG”) was cofounded by Beau Fowler in 2015. Since inception TNG has acquired or developed over 500,000 SF of Self Storage and Multifamily properties in Florida, Alabama and Tennessee. Beau is a Principal at the TNG and is responsible for sourcing, executing and asset managing investments. Prior to moving to Nashville and starting TNG, he worked in Real Estate Finance in New York City with Deutsche Bank’s Special Situation Group and Jefferies LoanCore. His keen understanding of real estate development and capital markets have allowed TNG to successfully deploy over $50mm in equity over the past 3 years. Beau is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. TNG seeks to create value by establishing ourselves in markets with high barriers to entry and by utilizing off market information. TNG has had tremendous success obtaining entitlements for projects that have resulted in its properties having a strong competitive advantage over other properties. TNG actively seeks to partner with entrepreneurial capital sources to create long term value.
