Founded in 2012, Redcar Properties, Ltd (Redcar) invests in urban commercial real estate in Los Angeles targeting investments in L.A.’s high growth neighborhoods—particularly along rail transit— including Santa Monica, Culver City, Chinatown, and Highland Park. We acquire under-performing assets and add value through specialized redevelopment and deep repositioning.
