Founded in 2010, Imperium Capital has acquired high profile assets comprised of over 1,500,000 square feet in Prime New York City, Brooklyn, Miami, and Texas locations. Imperium seeks opportunities in New York City and other gateway/growth markets across the U.S. where they can add value and see upside potential.
In 2017, Imperium partnered with Greystone to create a joint venture that will provide financing solutions for multifamily owners and developers throughout the United States. Our platform is a direct lender for FHA/HUD, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac. Greystone is currently the top FHA lender in the United States and a top 10 Agency lender.
