Coming from some of biggest commercial real estate companies around, founding partners David Allen, Gary Chesson and Peter Conway each brought unique strengths and perspectives to the table. Joining forces, their shared vision for Trinity emerged and so did our main attributes, which we still uphold today: Passionate. Entrepreneurial. Best In Class.

In 2009, Trinity partnered with David Townsend and thirteen other professionals from the Raleigh-Durham market, which led to the opening of our second office. We celebrated our 15th anniversary in 2013, and in December of that year, opened our third office in Greenville, South Carolina. Today, we lease and manage over 15 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail space across the region, and employ over 100 of our industry’s best and brightest. We’ll continue to grow and expand both our footprint and our platform, building upon our strong relationships and creative, entrepreneurial mentality.
