IGNITE

The IGNITE internship program is designed for high school and college students, including those in graduate and law school programs. Participants gain valuable professional experience while building the tools, self-confidence and leadership skills that can be readily applied to future professional challenges and pursuits. At IGNITE interns are carefully prepared to bridge the gap between the academic and professional world. 

We welcome applicants who have demonstrated academic excellence, a keen interest in advancing women in politics or desire a career in public service. Students from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

School credit available—pending program requirements and approval. Interns will work with their IGNITE supervisor and school contact to ensure credits are awarded as appropriate. Other key benefits of the IGNITE internship program include:
