About the Company
Overview:
A privately-held real estate investment arm of a family office is seeking a full-time Senior Acquisitions Director to spearhead the company’s real estate platform expansion within the NYC market. Major responsibilities would include sourcing real estate opportunities, underwriting deal level diligence and interacting with financial partners.
Required: BS/BA from a leading undergraduate program. 4-8 years of direct real estate investment experience. Proficient Argus and Excel user. Must be self-motivated, a team player with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Preferred: development and construction experience is a plus.
Compensation will be structured with a base plus bonus
