Current projects are located in Longmont Colorado, New Braunfels Texas, and San Antonio Texas. Their core business is focused on raising and managing opportunistic funds, investing in strategic real estate and adding value through various entities which operate, lease, reposition, build and sell various types of properties. The company headquarters is located in San Antonio, Texas. Magi is a fully integrated real estate services organization(s) that provides; Property management, brokerage, construction and maintenance for all assets owned by Brass Real Estate Funds (“Brass”).
Brass currently has 22 properties under ownership managed by the Company, representing over 240 tenants, and approximately 1,300,000 square feet, and 1,000 acres of land. All of these properties are owned by Brass with Rick Rodriguez as General Partner along with private individuals, and institutional investors.
