The TerraCotta Group is a private investment firm that specializes in commercial real estate lending during all phases of the market cycle. The firm was founded in 2004 and has invested in commercial real estate credit through two funds and various separately managed accounts. Its current fund makes use of recent and ongoing dislocations in the lending landscape, originating and purchasing performing commercial real estate credits that require deep analysis and structuring, and which traditional financial institutions are unable to originate.
