Ramsfield Hospitality Finance (Ramsfield) is a hotel real estate lender, investor, and asset manager.
Since our founding in 2003, RHF has:
- Originated mezzanine loans,
- Originated bridge loans,
- Purchased existing debt,
- Purchased existing hotels,
- Taken owned assets through substantial renovations,
- Asset managed a variety of hotels for our own account as well as third party owners.
Ramsfield is managed and staffed by experienced hotel real estate professionals. The boutique nature of our firm allows us to provide a streamlined and expeditious operation from asset review through approval and closing. Using the depth of our capital, market knowledge, and expertise, Ramsfield creates versatile transaction structures that meet the needs of our borrowers and investors.
