About the Company
Shapack Partners is a Chicago-based real estate development company that acquires, repositions, develops and invests in properties throughout downtown Chicago. With an expertise in acquisition, leasing and development, Shapack Partners focuses on multiple asset classes including retail, restaurant, residential, office and hospitality.
In early 2011, Shapack Partners asserted itself as a leader in the creation of Fulton Market district. Since that time, Shapack Partners has been acquiring and developing properties in Fulton Market including Soho House Chicago, WeWorkâs Chicago flagship, The Parker Fulton Market a 29- story luxury residential apartment building, the Hoxton Chicago a 12-story, 182 key hotel in addition to several nationally acclaimed restaurants.
Shapack Partners has 50,000 square feet of commercial retail space, two approved ground-up office buildings and a 250,000 square foot office building in planning. Prior to founding Shapack Partners in 2009, Jeff Shapack developed Barneys New York on Oak Street, the Apple flagship in Lincoln Park, Intermix in Bucktown, lululemon athletica in the Gold Coast and other luxury retail developments throughout Chicago.
