Real was founded in 2014 by veterans of the real estate industry & a team of technologists pursuing their vision for the brokerage of the future.
Today's brokerages have done little to adapt to a home-buying process that has migrated to the digital realm. At Real, our agents rely on innovative, mobile-centric technology, developed by our team of engineers & provided free exclusively for our agents. Our mission is simple: make agents' lives better.
We charge no brokerage fees , provide our agents with an excellent 85-15% commission split& 5-10 free leads a month, all of which is paid for by the lack of expensive overhead. Our agents & realtors love the ability to work from any location, set their own hours, and make more than ever before (powered by next-generation technology & our agent-centric commission structure).
