The Facilities Specialist reports to a Facilities Manager and is responsible for overseeing the Atlanta, GA office. The Specialist and will be integral in driving cost effective, quality operations, developing a capital and refurbishment plan, working with business units to plan for existing and future needs as well as serving as the primary Facilities customer interface to the business units. The Specialist will be responsible for helping to maintain remote facilities as needed. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in corporate Facilities management and project management along with experience in moves/adds/changes planning and execution. Candidate must possess the capability to communicate the Global Real Estate and Facilities vision to our colleagues, effectively.
