JPI was established in 1989 and over the past 26 years has developed over $12B of multi-family and mixed-use development projects spanning 27 states. Our experience includes low-density garden projects, mid to high-density wrap and podium projects, student housing and mixed-use high-rise developments. We are currently active in California, Arizona, Texas, Colorado, New York and other select northeast markets.
