About the Company
Davlyn Investments, Property Management is a dynamic, privately held, entrepreneurial real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition, renovation, management and sale of multi-family, commercial and retail properties in San Diego County, the Inland Empire, Los Angeles County and the San Francisco Bay area. Davlyn exclusively manages the properties in its portfolio. The corporation was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in northern San Diego County.
The current portfolio of properties includes 15 multi-family communities, five commercial office buildings and one retail center.
