About the Company
Breather is a network of beautifully designed private spaces that can be rented at a moment’s notice for as little as an hour or as long as a day. Our goal is to provide private, comfortable, beautiful spaces for people to work, meet, and relax.
The Montreal-based company was founded in 2013 and has since raised $28.5 million in venture funding, having recently closed a $20 million Series B funding round led by PayPal co-founder Peter Thiel’s Valar Ventures.
Breather operates over 100 locations in Montreal,San Francisco, New York, Boston and Ottawa with plans to expand to Washington, D.C., Chicago, Los Angeles, Toronto and London in Q1 of 2016.
