Our Story
TruAmerica Multifamily is a joint venture real estate investment firm founded in June 2013 by respected industry veteran Robert E. Hart and The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America. TruAmerica combines an experienced team with vast resources to create a dynamic, vertically integrated investment platform dedicated to bringing quality rental units to the masses and enhancing the Net Asset Value of our investments.

Our Track Record
TruAmerica has closed on over 15,000 units at a book value of nearly $2.7 billion since its inception. An additional
700 units with a book value of $150 million are currently under escrow. Collectively, the principals comprising
the Acquisitions division have closed over $12 billion in transaction volume, representing over 60,000 units. The
company’s Asset Management division currently oversees a portfolio of over 25,000 units, AUM of approximately
$5 billion and $250 million in budgeted renovation projects.
