The Real Estate Construction Services & Leasing Departments are responsible for the development and delivery of all FMS projects, whether De Novo (new location), relocation, expansion, or renovation. We create the physical environment to support the company’s goal of increasing organic growth, while also maintaining our investment in — and service to — existing dialysis facilities. We are responsible for all real estate development, construction projects, and leasing within Fresenius Medical Services.
