Miami Real Estate Investment & Development Corporation is looking for a dynamic, high energy, self-starter, and ambitious individual who is looking to grow with the company and create a long term career.

This person will be responsible for sourcing and underwriting potential multifamily and industrial real estate investment opportunities, performing due diligence activities, interacting with lenders, investment partners, facilitating purchase transactions and doing what it takes to acquire multimillion dollar assets. 

Job responsibilities                                                   

• Perform detailed property-level underwriting of industrial, and multifamily, assets and portfolios

• Conduct market research for each acquisition

• Visit markets, tour properties and participate in meetings with partners, brokers, and sellers

• Aids in the development and maintenance of broker relationships and other industry contacts to further increase deal flow and sourcing

  Required qualifications and experience

• Must be self-motivated, disciplined and organized

• Must have extensive knowledge of the South Florida Market

• Must be willing to grow with the Company

• 2-3 years of real estate experience

• Previous experience with multifamily or commercial property investments

• Must be proficient in excel

• Four-year degree

• Ability to work under pressure, in a time sensitive environment.
