About the Company
Situation: 7 year old property preservation, repair and maintenance company needs a detail-oriented operator and administrator to get them to the next level.
Job Description: COO would be in charge of quarterbacking accounting, technology, compliance and HR functionalities. This would likely entail interviewing and engaging new software vendors to get Company to institutional grade. This Company manages approximately 80 subcontractors; as such, COO would ensure workflows were optimized and jobs were done correctly. A portion of the job will also be in sourcing new accounts.
Compensation: commensurate with experience. Compensation will be highly performance weighted with strong incentives to source new large accounts and to get this business to institutional quality.
Qualifications: Candidates who have experience in an operating capacity and who have worked as superintendants in the past will be prioritized, but it is not mandatory. Understanding residential maintenance issues is a significant advantage. Technologically savvy candidates will also be at a significant advantage. Candidate must be curious with good attention to detail.
