COMPANY OVERVIEW:

Silvertree Residential, LLC (STR – www.ST-Residential.com) is a Memphis based multifamily real estate company. HPI owns and operates 37 multi-family apartment communities that total approximately 5600 apartments in fourteen states. The company is medium in size but highly capitalized and is in a position to add to 7 to 9 new apartment communities per year.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

We are searching for an Acquisitions Associate to be an integral part of a five member acquisition team in our East Memphis office. You shall be working in collaboration with the Acquisitions Director and the owner of the company to search for new opportunities that fit the company’s acquisition criteria.

This will include, but not limited to;

• Perform 20 to 30 cold calls per day and generate warm leads to pass to the Acquisitions Director.
• Develop and build relationships with individual owners over the phone
• Analyze and research new acquisition strategies
• Prepare financial models for new acquisitions, including detailed cash flow and return analysis.
• Assist with conducting due diligence activities
• Perform property and market research.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business & Finance and or Real Estate related field 
• Ideally you will have experience in real estate or a sales related field
• Understand the sales process
• Understand how to generate and close leads
• Proficient knowledge of Excel and MS Office
• Problem solving and analytical skills required
• Must be a self-starter
