Job Description
Assist the Acquisitions team in a multi-task role including: financial modeling and underwriting of potential real estate investments, market studies, preparation of investment offering memorandum, coordination of transaction documents, field due diligence, as well as general administration.
Job Qualifications
Real Estate background
Prefer at least 1 year of working experience in related industry
Strong Excel, analytical, oral and written skills
