TRX invests, develops, and manages assets in several real estate sectors and offers various investment structures and vehicles to the real estate market. TRX is one of the largest private investment managers in Brazil, with over R$4.8 billion, or $1.54 billion(1), of real estate assets under management, and over 80 employees worldwide.

Since its founding in 2007, TRX has offered customized space solutions to companies, combining real estate know-how with financial expertise. The group has developed over 15 million square feet of gross leasable area, with a primary focus on: light industrial, commercial warehouses and master planned logistics parks; retail, especially self storage centers; and, now, residential real estate in the US. To fund these assets, TRX applies its financial markets’ expertise to structure and different investment vehicles that range from build-to-suit and sale-leaseback transactions to opportunistic funds.
