Belay Investment Group, LLC (“Belay”), is a real estate investment management firm headquartered in Los Angeles, CA with a 10+ year history of pursuing value-added real estate strategies designed to deliver superior risk-adjusted returns to institutional investors through a series of comingled funds. In executing its domestic U.S. strategy, Belay establishes long term strategic relationships with high caliber local operating partners and sector specialist entrenched in their respective markets and/or segments.

The senior management team, which is comprised of Barry Chase, Suzanne West, Amy Ko and Eliza Bailey, averages 24 years of real estate investment and fund management experience across the spectrum of acquisitions, developments and workouts along the capital stack and across all major and niche property sectors.
