ACQUISITIONS AND ASSET MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Primestor Development, a Los Angeles based privately held real estate developer/operator is seeking an Acquisitions and Asset Management analyst to play an active role in supporting our Investment Team. Responsibilities will include market analysis, financial modeling, cash flow analysis, lease review, and due diligence activities for new acquisitions. The candidate should have experience in preparing investment summaries for both internal and external use. Additionally, this individual must have strong written and verbal communication, due diligence, organization, and financial analysis skills, as well as a good working knowledge of Argus and Excel. The individual must have an in-depth understanding of financial modeling including cash-on-cash returns, IRR analysis, and discounted cash flow. This position requires a team player who has the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Skills:

Excellent analytical skills including the use of Argus and Excel

Knowledge of real estate budgeting, business planning, and leasing

Ability to produce written investment reports

Understanding of real estate documentation pertaining to ownership structures, legal contracts, accounting, and property operations.

Experience:

Four year degree in related field (real estate / finance / accounting)

A minimum of 2 years experience in real estate or financial analysis preferred
