(40 hrs/wk) Full time and full benefits. Seeking an experienced Facilities Building Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a variety of systems at the Ray & Joan Kroc Corps Community Center.
Experience in all aspects of building preventive maintenance and repair; electrical, plumbing, painting, and irrigation systems with a strong background in HVAC preferred, or equivalent trade school training. Must be at least 21 years of age. High School diploma or GED equivalent. Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds. Must have a valid CA Drive License and clean driving record. Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English. Basic computer skills. Must pass a general building operations & maintenance verbal test. Must be a self-starter and capable of working independently.
