American Timberlands Company is an investment management firm focused on Southeastern U.S. land investments.  We primarily invest co-mingled funds on behalf of institutional investors.  Our strategy is focused on value-adding land investments with a variety of different value creating opportunities such as timber growth and harvesting, low-density development, aggregate mining, agriculture, conservation, hunting leases and commercial hunting operations, wetland and stream mitigation banking, and others.  Regardless of the investment, the company’s culture is about land stewardship and doing the right thing with each land investment we make.
