Pace Properties, Incorporated (Pace), based in St. Louis, Missouri, was founded in 1984 and has become a premier commercial real estate investment company and services provider. Our people and their dedication to excellence have led to our strong growth. In the last five years alone, we have more than doubled in size and created millions of dollars in value for our partners and clients. Pace Realty Fund, LLC, a privately owned retail property investment fund, has also grown substantially during this time. Through acquisitions, redevelopment and new center construction, the Fund has doubled in value in the last five years. Pace is focused on three areas of real estate business. First, our retail and non-retail corporate services groups represent clients in site selection, acquisition and disposition of real estate, as well as providing administrative services and strategic planning. Second, our development group develops and redevelops all types of commercial property. Many of this group's retail projects are owned and financed by our privately held shopping center investment portfolio. And third, our property services group provides superior property leasing and management services.
