Steaven Jones Development Company, Inc.

Steaven Jones Development Company, Inc. (the Company) was founded in June 1965 by Steaven K. Jones.  Over the past 50 years, the Company has developed over 100 commercial projects: fast food restaurants, office buildings, shopping centers and automotive care centers, primarily in Southern California.  Many of the projects were developed for individual partnerships in which Steaven Jones was the managing partner.  The Company continues to manage seventeen properties which are 96% leased on average (there is one vacancy in one property, and otherwise the only vacancies are in two buildings that are being redeveloped).  The Company maintains excellent tenant relations and close attention to cost control, which contributes to the Company's success in retaining tenants and developing and managing successful projects.
