About the Company
Fremont Realty Capital (“FRC”) is the real estate investment arm of Fremont Group, the investment office for the Bechtel family. FRC originates, structures, closes, and manages equity investments in public and private real estate operating companies, real estate joint venture investment vehicles with operating partners, and unique individual real estate projects, both domestically and abroad.
We have historically targeted investments in non-traditional and operating intensive real estate sectors such as self-storage, cold storage, senior housing, and healthcare real estate as well as select growth-oriented or value-enhancement investments in traditional real estate sectors. We strive to invest with leading operating partners with successful track records in our focused real estate sectors, and we structure our investments to align those interests with ours. To date, FRC has completed approximately $5.1 billion in cumulative transactions.
