BBX Capital Real Estate, a division of BBX Capital, specializes in the development, operation, management, and investment in residential and commercial real estate and real estate lending.

Our principal operations consist of management of approximately $300 million in assets including active investments, developments in master planned communities, multifamily rentals, single family and commercial assets,  a diversified portfolio of performing and non-performing commercial and residential real estate loans,  and a portfolio of real estate including retail, multifamily rentals, industrial, office,  medical office, student housing, residential and commercial land primarily in  Florida.   The existing portfolio consists primarily of BankAtlantic legacy loan and foreclosed real estate obtained when we sold BankAtlantic to BB&T.

Our BBX Capital team brings the advantage of decades of senior-level experience  managing over $10 billion in assets in nearly every aspect of real estate and real estate finance including underwriting, acquisitions, development, asset management, lending, loan servicing, management, operations, marketing, and sales. This breadth of expertise and market knowledge gives us the advantage of identifying opportunities and making strategic decisions to maximize the value of our assets through entitlement, planning, joint venture structuring, loan servicing, and devising and implementing exit strategies.
