About the Company
Novus Residences LLC (“NOVUS”) was founded by renowned Washington developer Conrad Cafritz and former Archstone Senior Vice President Robert Seldin in 2011. Novus was established as a cooperative venture with Cafritz Interests to develop high-quality, multi-family apartment communities within walkable neighborhoods. With a specific focus on value creation through property development, acquisition, construction management, asset management and property operations, NOVUS pursues growth opportunities within the Metropolitan Washington, DC area, with an eventual goal of bringing NOVUS quality, style and value to select markets throughout the U.S.
