Second City Real Estate is a private equity partnership dedicated to sourcing great real estate acquisitions in thriving markets. We concentrate on office and multi-family properties located in mid-sized markets with strong economic fundamentals. We seek out unique opportunities where reinvestment, repositioning and intensive asset management will generate a material increase in profitability. Our primary target markets are located in the southern and western United States and include Austin, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Orlando, Phoenix, Portland, Salt Lake City, San Antonio, Seattle and Tampa.
Across our platform, our portfolio includes over 4.5 million square feet of office properties, 4,500 multi-family units.
