Through a strategic relationship with Columbia Pacific Advisors (Over $1 billion of assets under management), we have invested in Austin, Denver and San Diego and have a pipeline of $500 million more transactions in dynamic metro urban centers. The firm’s value-add/opportunistic strategy focuses on the Western region of the U.S. in need of recapitalization, repositioning or development capital. We are seeking to add to our team in order to support the significant growth of our business.
