Property Administration/Accounting
Regional Commercial Real Estate Owner and Manager located in Norwalk, CT seeks a strong, finance/accounting candidate to provide support to include but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and lease administration experience for a full time position.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices
- Review tenant rent statements for accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor accounts receivable and pursue delinquencies
- Provide lease administration services – abstract leases, maintain lease files
- Provide contract administration services
- Track and maintain tenant and vendor certificates of insurance
- Assist with monthly financial reporting to clients
- Assist Property Manager with budgets and reports
Requirements and Qualifications:
Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in the commercial real estate industry. In addition, candidate must have strong computer and financial skills with knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
1-2 years real estate and financial (property management) experience.
