AMLI Residential Properties Trust, a real estate investment trust, was formed in February 1994 to continue the multifamily property business conducted by AMLI since 1980. The Company is focused on the development, acquisition and management of upscale apartment communities under the AMLI® name in the Southeast, Southwest, Midwest and Mountain regions of the United States. AMLI also serves as institutional advisor and asset manager for large pension funds, tax-exempt foundations and other financial institutions with respect to their multifamily investment activities.
