Akara Partners is a vertically integrated real estate platform that provides investment management, development and strategic advisory services for institutions.
Akara Investment Management (AIM) is Akara’s fund management and co-investment vehicle through which Akara invests, employing its data driven investment approach to identify unique real estate investment opportunities across asset classes.
Akara Development Services (ADS): Akara is currently developing in excess of $150 million of urban multifamily and condominium projects in downtown Chicago, ADS is also pursuing additional development opportunities across the U.S. in multi-family, student housing, education facilities, retail, among other asset types.
Akara Advisors (AA): Akara’s advisory arm provides strategic advice to institutional clients including; developing real estate capital allocation strategies, advising on strategic joint ventures, portfolio monetizations/divestitures and capital raising for assets and operating companies.
