CPG Real Estate (formerly known as Caribbean Property Group) is one of the leading real estate investors, developers, and asset managers in the Caribbean, Central America, and South America. Since its founding in 1998, the firm has acquired, developed, or redeveloped approximately $6.0 billion of real estate assets in the Caribbean and Central America. Most recently, the firm has  invested in a number of commercial non-performing loan opportunities and moving forward the team will continue to leverage its long-established relationships throughout the region combined with strong and reliable sources of capital to pursue direct asset level investments as well as to selectively pursue additional distressed debt and platform/entity-level opportunities.
