About the Company
MDH Partners, LLC (“MDH”) is an entrepreneurial firm started in 2005 by former executives of M.D. Hodges, one of the leading developers of industrial properties in metro Atlanta from the 1960’s through the early 2000’s. In 2014, MDH began a joint venture with a major institutional partner to invest $200+ million of equity by acquiring and developing industrial buildings throughout the Southeastern U.S. The JV successfully acquired more than 100 buildings totaling 14 million square feet of space, spread across 8 states. We ultimately sold the entire JV portfolio to an affiliate of The Blackstone Group in late 2018, realizing a very substantial profit for our investors.
