Waterman Interests, LLC, and its wholly owned commercial real estate management and property operating subsidiary, Waterman Properties, LLC is a self-managed, vertically integrated commercial real estate investment and operating business specializing in office and retail assets in New York City and other domestic gateway city markets. The Company was founded in 2007 by Philip Waterman III, who was formerly a Partner with Tishman Speyer (1987-1998) and then established and was responsible for Reckson's (NYSE: RA) New York City business from inception in 1999 until the sale of that company to SL Green in January 2007.
Waterman Interests, LLC typically owns and operates assets in its property portfolio on behalf of joint ventures the Company forms with some of the largest institutional investors, real estate private equity funds, and ultra high net worth family offices in the United States and abroad.
The Company is headquartered at 400 Park Avenue in New York City, in an asset it acquired in 2010.
