Since April 2009, MIG Real Estate has acquired more than eight million square feet of investment properties totaling over $1.3 billion in assets under management throughout Arizona, California, Colorado, Edmonton-Alberta, Florida, Hawaii, Nevada, North Carolina, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.

MIG Real Estate focuses primarily on core plus, value added and opportunistic investments.
