WESTSIDE TAD PROJECT MANAGER

JOB DUTIES

Reporting to Managing Director, Redevelopment, the Westside TAD Project Manager spearheads the implementation of the Westside TAD Community Improvement Fund and provides oversight of the Program Management Agent.

QUALIFICATIONS

A minimum of eight years progressively responsible work experience in community development, finance, real estate development or economic development.

Master’s (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in urban planning, business administration, real estate, public administration, economics or related field.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Proficiency in community redevelopment and cultivating public private partnerships;

Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to cultivate and maintain effective relationships with government, business, political and community leaders;

Knowledge of local, state and national policies, issues and best practices regarding community re-development and affordable housing;

Ability to gather, analyze and synthesize data;

Strong computer skills; demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and other software programs.
