About the Company

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager that is accomplished and motivated. Prior DMC sales experience and sales success is nice but not necessary as you will be taking over an existing book of business, managing new leads, and partnering with the operations team to ensure successful programs. The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales goals as well as revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

Produce written proposals and sales presentations Lead generation through your existing relationships and our lead generation sources Identify new lead resources and manage sales flow through Salesforce CRM Partner with the operations team to produce valuable programs that result in return business Create and maintain relationships with long term customers as well as selling new customers Ensure that all proposals and other correspondence is correct, proofed, and meets the clients’ needs and budgets Arrange and conduct site inspection for clients fine tuning their program or selecting their DMC The nature of our industry requires working nights and weekends locally and beyond.

Qualifications Required:

A minimum of five years of successful sales with a stellar reputation Outstanding communication skills; written and spoken Enjoy and thrive in a fast paced, highly competitive market Superior knowledge of the Bay Area, Peninsula and Monterey and an ability to design appropriate group programs and events Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
