Shareholders include a small group of entrepreneurs who have broad experience and a successful track record in the wireless infrastructure industry and one of the U.S.’s leading asset management firms with approximately $35 billion of assets under management.
Tellurian is a leading purchaser of ground leases under wireless communications towers and rooftop wireless antennae leases. We provide property owners with immediate cash flow or flexible payouts over time for rights under lease agreements and payouts can be structured in a tax efficient manner. Also, we partner with lease owners to generate additional cash for their sites.
