Originally founded in 1930 by the grandfather of the current stockholders, Borger has evolved to become one of the largest property management firms in DC, now managing more than 6000 units and 2 million square feet of commercial space throughout the DC Metro Area, and it continues to grow. Over the past thirty years the firm has specialized in the renovation, management, and development of multi-family and commercial properties.
