This position is responsible to contribute to the development, communication and implementation of innovative workplace strategies in support of the Workplace Programs vision: To Partner with our internal customers to create inspiring workplace solutions that enable the business. Support Corporate Real Estate in enabling internal business partners to successfully drive productivity and innovation through the use of technology and workplace program strategy. Assist in high-level communications with business units/end users; provide and oversee delivery of workplace solutions that align with business unit and corporate objectives; drive sustainability to reduce waste and support energy and cost efficiency; and have responsibility for reporting of program and space metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic:

•Develop Workplace Concepts in alignment with Workplace Programs

•Develop end-user/client relationships through in-service delivery

•Identify and interpret concepts, guidelines, standards and benefits for key stakeholders

•Identify and integrate new technologies in conjunction with IT; master these technologies and serve as a resource

•Ensure alignment with corporate and business unit strategy and initiatives

•Perform data gathering including surveys; perform data analysis to enable program improvement

•Assist in employing change-management best practices to enable broad transformation

Preferred Education:

Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in a related field.

Work Experience:

Typically 10 or more years of experience in workplace planning and strategy development.

Certifications:

•PMP, PgMP, LEED or other pertinent industry certifications are a plus
