Adler Kawa Real Estate Advisors is a vertically integrated real estate investment company based in Miami, FL. The company acquires and operates multi tenant office and industrial properties in major markets throughout the Eastern and Southern United States. Adler Kawa is currently deploying its second closed end discretionary Fund. Adler Kawa is a joint venture between Adler Group, Kawa Capital Partners and Ganot Capital. The company combines the more than 50 year real estate investment and property management history of Adler Group, Kawa’s asset management and investment expertise across a wide spectrum of assets, and Ganot’s real estate and operating management capabilities. Adler Kawa has a team of professionals with investment, private equity, asset management and property management/leasing backgrounds. The company’s investment committee has participated in significantly more than a billion dollars, based on aggregate purchase price, of real estate and similar transactions. Adler Kawa was formed in July 2012 in order to expand Adler Group’s fund management platform by combining the expertise of three organizations, providing a focused dedication on fund management, a broader base of capital market and asset management expertise, while providing for a larger pool of assets under management.
