Real Capital Solutions is a highly entrepreneurial company providing active capital with an emphasis on street level solutions. We add value to distressed real estate by working with: •Lenders on non-performing mortgages and OREO; •Under-capitalized real estate operators We’re an acquisition and post acquisition solution, recapitalizing operators and buying distressed land, condos and commercial projects. Using $200 million of current cash, we focus on specific strategic initiatives where our expertise is deep and our ability to add value is great. We seek partners and deal flow to leverage our capital, bank credit, and expertise in the initiatives presented above. We plan to acquire $333 million of projects in 2013, $400 million in 2014, and $450 million in 2015.
