CapRidge Partners is a commercial real estate investment and management firm headquartered in Austin, Texas. CapRidge invests in value-add office and light industrial properties in the Southeast, Southwest and Mountain West regions, with a focus on growth markets. Founded in 2012, CapRidge Partners combines the 25+ year operating platform experience of Tom Stacy and Kevin Black with the institutional investment expertise of Stuart Bernstein. Tom Stacy founded T. Stacy & Associates in 1994 as a full-service real estate operating and acquisitions company, which was rebranded as CapRidge Partners in 2012.
