Founded in 2009 in Chicago, Titanium Real Estate Advisors is a real estate investment management firm with approximately $400 million of assets under management. The firm invests and serves as the asset manager of a variety of real property types, including office, retail, multifamily industrial and other properties, throughout the U.S. Titanium manages assets for a variety of institutional investors. Titanium Real Estate Advisors is a division of Titanium Asset Management, a holding company consisting of four investment management firms with approximately $10 billion in combined assets under management.
